即刻牙龈成形术对前牙红色美学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前牙拔牙区即刻牙龈成形术的临床效果。方法对外伤、龋坏严重,桩冠修复后根折无法保留需拔除的,牙周支持组织比较充分的前牙31颗(25例),拔牙后即刻戴用牙龈成形义齿,3个月后固定桥修复,评价颈缘和牙龈乳头形态。结果 25例患者均形成满意的扇贝状颈缘成形;龈乳头形态、丰满度恢复理想;仅1例牙龈乳头处出现黑三角。结论即刻牙龈成形术能成功诱导拔牙区扇贝状颈缘成形和维持牙龈乳头的形态。Objective To investigate clinical result of the teeth extraction area immediately gingivoplasty.Methods Of foreign injury,caries bad serious,pile crown restoration after folding cannot retain root to pull out of,periodontal support tissues relatively full front teeth 31 star（n = 25）,tooth reseal the wear with gum forming dentures,3 months after fixed bridge restoration margins and gum nipple evaluation neck form.Results Twenty-five patients were formed satisfactory scallops shape neck margin forming;gingiva nipple form,chubbiness restore ideal;Only one case gum nipple place appears black triangle.Conclusion Instantly gum angioplasty can induct tooth shape neck margin area scallops forming and maintaining gum nipple form.
