摘　　要：培养大学生的创新能力既是知识经济时代的客观要求,也是现代化教育改革发展的目标。文章从当前大学生创新能力的现状出发,分析大学生创新能力培养的制约因素,结合学校电气工程专业的具体做法,对培养创新能力的模式进行探索和实践。Cultivating undergraduates＂ innovation ability is the objective requirement of knowledge economy era and the target of education reform and development of modemizatian. From the current conditions of undergraduates＂ innovation ability,This paper analyses restricting factors of cultivating undergraduates＂ innovation ability and combining with the concrete methods of electrical engineering.The model of trairing college students with high skill and innovation abilities is explored.
