摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的疗效。方法:对44例65眼DME患者首先采用玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德进行治疗,术后1mo采用美国Coherent公司的Novus Omni多波长氪离子激光仪,对局限性黄斑水肿进行局部直接光凝,对弥漫性水肿及囊样水肿进行格栅样光凝。结果:所有患者中显效27眼,有效33眼,无效5眼,显效率41.5%,总有效率92.3%。随访期间无视网膜脱离、眼内出血、感染性眼内炎及其它并发症发生。结论:玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德联合激光光凝具有疗效显著、不良反应少、能够有效提高患者视力、减轻黄斑水肿等特点,是DME的有效治疗方法。AIM：To evaluate the effects of intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide（TA） injection combined with laser photocoagulation on diabetic macular edema（DME）.METHODS：Fourty-four cases（65 eyes） with DME were selected and treated by intravitreal TA injection first and laser photocoagulation at postoperative 1 month.RESULTS：In this group,27 eyes were markedly effective,33 eyes were effective.Significant efficiency was 41.5%,total efficiency was 92.3%.Retinal detachment,intraocular hemorrhage,infectious endophthalmitis and other complications could not be found during follow-up.CONCLUSION：Intravitreal TA injection combined with laser photocoagulation has significant curative effect,less adverse reaction and can significantly improve visual acuity,relieve macular edema.It is a safe and effective approach to patients with DME.
