运用音乐教育培养大学生良好心理素质的思考

摘　　要：高等学校肩负着培养高素质人才的使命,高素质人才不仅要有良好的思想道德素质、科学文化素质和身体素质,更要有良好的心理素质。当代大学生面对各方面的心理压力,单靠说教的方式往往效果并不理想,通过音乐教育这种有效的素质教育方法,运用音乐这种非语言的形式培养大学生良好的心理素质,对缓解压力、陶冶情操、完善人格等具有重要意义。Colleges and universities have the mission of cultivating high quality talents of having good ideological and moral qualities,scientific and cultural quality,and more important,having good psychological quality.The contemporary university students are facing with various pressures,and preaching only is not so effective to them.Music education is an effective method of quality education.Music is of great significance in cultivating college students＇ good psychological quality,easing the pressure,edifying sentiment,and perfecting their personalities.
