摘　　要：作为我国著名的教育理论家和实践者,蔡元培的高等教育思想在我国教育思想中占有重要地位。其现代大学的理念、"思想自由、兼容并包"的办学方针和教授治校的高等教育思想对今天的高等教育都有重要的启示。As a famous educational theorist and practitioner in China,Cai Yuanpei＇s higher educational thought plays an important role in our country＇s educational thought.His modern university idea,ideological freedom and diverse thoughts incorporation schooling policy as well as professor-centered governance principle have important enlightenment on present-day higher education.
