摘 要:粗塔尔油废渣是松木碱法制浆工业中副产品粗塔尔油分离后的废弃物,因其颜色深、成分复杂等特点,尚未得到有效的利用。本文研究了粗塔尔油废渣的采用不同化学方法改性后产品的起泡性能及对水泥净浆的分散性能,结果表明:粗塔尔油废渣经过催化氧化和复合改性后,均具有一定的起泡与稳泡性能,且对水泥净浆具有一定的分散性能。研究表明粗塔尔油废渣经过化学改性后具有较大的利用价值。Crude tall oil residue is the waste from crude tall oil which is one of the by-products in pine kraft pulping industry after it was separated, because of its deep color, complex composition and other characteristics, it has not been effectively utilized until now. The lbaming and the dispersing performances on cement paste of modified crude tall oil residue by using different chemical modification methods were studied in this paper, the results showed that all the modified crude tall oil residues by using catalytic oxidation and mixing modification have a certain foaming performance and foam stabilizing performance, and a certain dispersing performance on cement paste. The above results indicated crude tall oil residue has a large value to recycle after modified.
