摘　　要：目的观察灯盏花素对高血压脑出血患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法将40例患者随机分为正常治疗组和灯盏花素治疗组,分别于脑出血后2d、3d、7d和14d抽血检测VEGF。结果脑出血患者血液VEGF水平高于正常,灯盏花素治疗组于出血后第3天和第7天时VEGF水平低于正常治疗组。结论灯盏花素可降低脑出血患者急性期VEGF水平。Objective To explore the effects of breviscapine on VEGF in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage（HICH）.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into normal treatment group and breviscapine treatment group.The levels of VEGF in serum were detected with all patients at 2th day,3th day,7th day and 14th day.Results The levels of VEGF in serum were increased.The levels of VEGF in breviscapine treatment group were lower than that in normal treatment group at 3th day and 7th day.Conclusion Breviscapine decreased the levels of VEGF in serum in patients with HICH at acute stage.
