摘　　要：目的:观察自拟解郁舒肝汤治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:采用开放式随机对照方法,将117例患者分为两组,分别用解郁舒肝汤(治疗组64例)和百忧解(对照组61例)治疗4周,于治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、自拟中医证候等级评分量表等评定药物疗效,并同时观察药物不良反应。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组治疗后HAMD积分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);在改善中医证候方面,两组缓解患者精神症状如情绪抑郁、心烦易怒、失眠多梦、胸胁苦满等疗效相当(P>0.05),而缓解舌脉则治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应低于对照组。结论:自拟解郁舒肝汤治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效与百忧解相当;缓解躯体舌脉异常优于百忧解;不良反应少于百忧解。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Jieyu Shugan decoction in treating stroke depression.Methods：117 cases patients were divided two groups by the method of open randomized controlled,the treated group was treated with the Jieyu Shugan decoction（64 cases） and the control group with Bai You Jie（61 cases） treatment for 4 weeks respectively,before and after treatment,assessing the drug efficacy through the method of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and the proposed TCM syndromes level rating scale,and at the same time observed the adverse drug reactions.Results：The clinical efficacy were no significant difference（P0.05）;after treatment,the HAMD scores significantly lower than before in two groups（P0.05）,but difference was not significant（P0.05）;in improving the TCM syndrome,the efficacy in two groups were equivalent（P0.05）;in easing the tongue and pulse,the treated group was better than the control group（P0.05）;the adverse effects of the treated group was lower than the control group.the Jieyu Shugan decoction was better than Bai You Jie in treating stroke depression.
