摘　　要：目的:观察自拟愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:治疗组50例采用自拟愈疡汤疗法,对照组采用西医疗法,治疗前后作胃镜检查,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗50例,治愈16例,显效18例,有效12例,无效4例。治疗组症状的缓解优于对照组。结论:采用自拟愈疡汤治疗消化性溃疡,其疗效及对症状的缓解优于西医疗法,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on treating peptic ulcer with Yuyang decoction.Methods：50 cases of patients in the treated group were given Yuyang decoction,the control group were treated with Western medicine,before and after treatment for gastroscopy,to observe the clinical efficacy.Results：16 patients were cured,18 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,4 cases ineffective in treated group（n=50）,the ease of symptoms of the treated group than the control group.Conclusion：The Yuyang decoction on treating peptic ulcer,the effect is very good,worthy of clinical promotion.
