摘  要:为了降低阿司匹林的胃黏膜刺激性,延长其作用时间,本研究设计了阿司匹林缓释片剂。通过采用不同的骨架材料设计了三个试验处方和一个空白对照处方,并对各处方制得的片剂进行溶出释放度的检查,探讨不同骨架材料制备得到的阿司匹林片剂的缓释效果。结果证明本试验的缓释处方制得的片剂均有缓释作用,且EC比HPMC的缓释效果更强一些,HPMC、EC混合骨架材料缓释效果最强,但存在溶出太慢问题。To decrease the gastric mucosa irritation of Aspirin, and extend its time of action, The present study designed Aspirin sustained-release tablet. We designed three experimental formulas and a blank control one, and did the dissolution tests, to discuss the sustained-release effect of different tablets. The results prove that the sustained-release tablets made according to the experimental formulas take sustained-release effect, Tablets with EC have better sustained-release effect than HPMC. Those with both HPMC and EC dissolve most slowly, but there are some dissolution problems.
