临床根管治疗失败原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：目的:分析临床根管治疗失败原因,提出预防措施。方法:从根管治疗的生物学原理出发,结合临床根管治疗失败的判定标准,提出根管治疗失败的原因主要是在实施治疗术过程中,因根管充填不密合、超填或欠填、遗漏根管、治疗期的急性反应不当处置、根管侧穿、牙体折裂、根管台阶等等因素导致。结论:从规范操作治疗术的各个环节、术者认识的误区等方面,预防和减少临床根管治疗失败是可行的。Objective：The aim of thispaper is to sum up the failure reasons of root canal therapy, and boring forward defenee measures during the patient therapy. Methods：On the basis of biological principle of the root canal therapy （RCT）, according as the standards which have been used to determined the clinical failures of the RCT, the failure reasons that often happen during the RCT have been discussed, such as： under filling, over filling, and omitting filling, missing root, mistreatment to acute reaction, pierce to the root, break or crack of the teeth body as well as sidestep of the root. Further more, from the operation process of the RCT and the wrong understandings to the RCT, the measures used to defend or reduce the clinical failures of the RCT have been emphasized in detail. Conclusion：The avoidance and cutting down the failures during root canal therapy is feasible as long as the every tache has been operated and the operator has no mistaken comprehension to symptom of this type disease.
