摘　　要：目的评价化疗第 6天骨髓象对急性髓性白血病 (AML)诱导化疗的指导意义。方法6 4例AML( <6 0岁 )患者首疗程用HOAP方案治疗 ,对第 6天骨髓中白血病细胞 (MBC) <0 40并骨髓白血病细胞减少指数 (MBDI6 ) >5 0病例 (A类 )仍用原治疗方案 ,MBC >0 40及 /或MBDI6 <5 0病例 (B类 )当日调整化疗药物。结果本组完全缓解 (CR)率达 82 8% ,1疗程CR率 6 7 2 %。结论用本法指导AML诱导化疗有提高CR及 1疗程CR率的价值 。Objective To evaluate the directive function of inductive chemotherapy of the sixth days bone marrow in acute myelogenous leukemia(AML). Methods64 cases AML(<60 years old) were treated by HOAP program. The patients of group A with marrow blast cell (MBC)<0.40 and marrow blast decrease index (MBDi6)>50 were treated still by HOAP program of the sixth days. The patiento of group B with MBC>0.40 and /or MBDI6<50 were treated by exchange medicine on time. Results The complete remissio (CR)rate was 82.8%,and CR rate was 67.2% after the first course.Conclusion Using the program to directe AML chemotherapy according to the 6th days bone marrow may raise CR rate.
