青年女性用力肺活量参考值的地理分布规律

摘　　要：目的为了给中华人民共和国卫生部有关管理部门制定青年女性用力肺活量参考值的标准提供科学依据。方法收集了全中国68个单位测定的10 201例青年女性用力肺活量参考值,使用SPSS 17.0统计软件,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法,研究了青年女性用力肺活量参考值与地理环境因素指标的关系。结果发现青年女性用力肺活量参考值与地理环境因素之间有很显著的相关关系(F=5.337,P=0.007)。用逐步回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程:Y=2.801+0.000 085 38X_1+0.118 6X_1±0.280.在以上的回归方程中,Y是青年女性用力肺活量参考值(L),X_1是海拔高度(m),X_8是年平均风速(m/s);0.280是剩余标准差的值。结论如果知道了中国某个地区的地理环境因素,就可以用这个回归方程计算出这个地区的青年女性用力肺活量参考值。依据青年女性用力肺活量参考值与地理因素的依赖关系,把中国分为八个区。Objective This paper aims at supplying a scientific basis for uniting the normal reference value standard of forced vital capacity of Chinese young women. Methods A research is made about the relationship between the normal reference value of 102 01 examples of forced vital capacity of Chinese healthy young women and eight geographical factors in 68 areas in China. Results It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of forced vital capacity of Chinese young women are quite significant （F= 5. 337, P = 0. 007）. Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis,one regression equation is inferred： Y= 2. 801 ＋ 0. 000 085 38X1 ＋ 0. 118 6X8 ＋0. 280. In the above equation, ~ is the normal reference value of forced vital capacity of young women（L） ~ XI is the altitude（m） ~ X8 is the annual mean wind speed（m/s） ~ 0. 280 is the value of the re- sidual standard deviations. Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the normal reference val- ue of forced vital capacity of Chinese young women of this area can be reckoned by using the regression equations. Furthermore, according to the similarity of the normal reference value of forced vital capacity of Chinese young women,China can be divided into eight regions.
