摘 要:目的:采用统计参数图(SPM)法分析健康成年人安静状态下大脑葡萄糖代谢水平的性别差异。方法:对306例健康成年人进行静息状态下的^(18)氟-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射型计算机断层(PET)脑显像。采用SPM 5软件将男性组(n=218)和女性组(n=88)PET脑显像数据进行基于体素水平的图像分析。男、女性之间脑代谢水平进行两独立样本t检验,获得有差异区域的Talairach坐标值,并查出各坐标所对应的脑功能区。结果:女性组总体脑葡萄糖代谢水平较男性组高。男性组脑葡萄糖代谢水平较女性组增高的脑区为右额叶旁中央小叶,而较女性组减低的脑区为左扣带后回、右颞叶中央后回、左额叶中央前回和右额叶上回。结论:安静状态下健康成年人脑葡萄糖代谢水平存在明显的性别差异。AIM:To investigate the sex differences in regional cerebral glucose metabolism in normal adults under the resting state by statistical parametric mapping(SPM ).METHODS:Cerebral glucose metabolic images were obtained by positron emission tomography(PET) with^(18)F-fluorodeoxy glucose(^(18)F-FDG) in 306 normal subjects(218 males and 88 females).All individual data were transferred to standard space.The data between male group and female group were compared by SPM(P〈 0.01).The coordinates of regions of sex difference were obtained,and then the brain function locations of these regions were checked by Talairach software.RESULTS:The total cerebral glucose metabolism in male group was lower than that in female grop.The glucose metabolism in right paracentral lobule gyrus in male group was higher than that in female group.However,in male group,the glucose metabolism in some regional cortexes including left posterior cingulate,left frontal precentral gyrus,right temporal postcentral gyrus and right superior frontal gyrus was lower than that in female group.CONCLUSION:There is sex difference of glucose metabolism between males and females at resting state.
