摘　　要：目的为探索建立适合我国农村的艾滋病社会支持模式提供科学依据。方法本研究采取典型抽样方法,通过一般情况问卷、社会支持评定量表,调查山西省运城市传染病医院与陕西省山阳县农村HIV感染者/AIDS患者的社会支持现状。结果 HIV感染者/AIDS患者获得社会支持的主要渠道为政府和家庭,陕西省山阳农村HIV感染者/AIDS患者的社会支持明显高于山西省运城市传染病医院的HIV感染者/AIDS患者。结论满足HIV/AIDS的需要,形成一个和谐的社会大环境,才是提高HIV/AIDS社会支持的最有效途径。Objective To explore a scientific basis for establishment social support model of AIDS in rural areas of China＇s. Methods In order to investigate social support status of HIV infectors or AIDS patients in hospi- tal for infectious diseases of Yuncheng city in Shanxi province and in rural area of Shanyan county in Shaanxi province. Typical sampling method, general information questionnaire and social support scale were used. Results The main way of HIV infectors or AIDS patients obtained social support were government and family. The situation of social support in Shanyan county in Shaanxi province was batter than those in Yuncheng city in Shanxi province. Conclusion To content the needs of HIV/AIDS and to building a har- monious social environment is the most effective way for enhancing HIV/AIDS social support.
