伴有皮肤表现的急性单核细胞白血病1例

摘　　要：患者男,30岁。反复发热伴全身酸痛1月余,全身无症状结节、肿块1周。皮肤科情况:面部、躯干、四肢多发浸润性青色或灰色结节和肿块,最大者4.0cm×2.5cm,质韧,无压痛。结合血液学检查,皮肤组织病理及免疫组化检查,诊断为急性单核细胞白血病(M5型),皮肤白血病。本例患者提示,皮肤科医生对于无症状皮损,应考虑内脏肿瘤的可能。A 30-year-oht man presented with recurrent fever and muscular pain one month ago,and developed multiple asymptomatic nodules and masses one week ago. Skin examination showed muhiple grey nodules and masses on the face,trunk and limbs. The patient was diagnosed as acute myelomonoeytic leukemia and cutaneous leukemia through the hematologic examinations,skin histopathological and immunohistochemieal examinations. We considered the asymptomatic subcutaneous nodules should be an alert of potential internal tumor.
