摘　　要：为了使现有燃油流量标准装置更加适应当前国防军工系统对流量计量工作的需求,文中在分析COX311-AHT型燃油流量标准装置的工作原理、结构组成及其工作状况的基础上,提出了采用新型嵌入式控制器Wincon-8000和PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)组成的主从式控制系统,实现设备的自动化改造。通过PLC来采集与处理现场数字量信号、模拟量信号,以及脉冲信号,Wincon-8000完成数据处理和人机交互,采用Modbus协议实现Wincon-8000与PLC间的数据通信。实践表明改造后的流量标准装置能够为军工科研、生产等部门的流量测试工作提供及时、准确的计量校准服务。In order to make the existing flow calibration facilities more suitable to the requirements of the national defense measurement work. The principle, structure and working conditions of the COX311-AHT fuel flow calibration facilities are analyzed. Based on these, the master-slave control system which is consisting of wineon - 8000 embedded controller and PLC is proposed to achieve the automation of the equipment. The digital signals, analog signals and temperature signals are acquired by PLC. The wineon - 8000 is responsible for the data processing and human-computer interaction. The communication between Wineon - 8000 and the PLC is achieved by using Modbus protocol . The system is effective in the practice.
