摘  要:通过对某航空维修企业B747大修中的局部维修现状分析,改进其后缘襟翼芯轴的装配工艺,并设计了一套维修工装设备,部分投入使用后,有效地缩短了维修装配时间,减少了人力消耗,提高了维修质量。利用CATIA V5软件建立了工装设备零件的实体模型并对其装配模型进行了运动仿真,应用ABAQUS FOR CATIA有限元分析软件对关键零件进行了强度分析,从而保证了设计的可靠性。In this paper, the status of local maintenance of an aviation maintenance enterprise B747 overhaul has been analyzed, the assembly process of tailing edge flap carriage has been im- proved, and a set of tooling equipment has been designed. It has effectively reduced the time of maintenance and assembly, de- creased manpower consumption and improved the quality of mainte- nance after partially putting into service. The CATIA V5 software has been applied to build solid model of equipment parts and to make kinematic simulation for the assembly of equipments. The ABAQUS FOR CATIA finite element analysis software has been used in the intensity analysis for parts. Therefore, the reliability of the design has been ensured.
