摘　　要：中国是世界马铃薯的种植和产量大国,马铃薯产业具有巨大的生产潜力与市场空间,但中国的马铃薯产品在国际市场上竞争力表现不稳定,本文选择价格和质量作为研究对象,通过比较和定量分析,对中国马铃薯产品的国际竞争力进行实证研究,以明确中国马铃薯在国际市场竞争中所处的地位。China is the largest producer of potatoes in the world, and potato production industry has enormous potential and large market space in China. However, the competitive performance of Chinese potato products in the international market is unstable. By comparison and quantitative analysis, this paper assesses international competitiveness of Chinese potato price and quality, in the hope of clarifying the position in the international potato product market.
