摘　　要：以数字化时代的地图演变趋势为研究的切入点,通过对三维虚拟地图的特点分析、架构体系研究以及现有技术的比较,提出一种多视角的城市三维虚拟地图的建设方案,并结合实例利用Google Sketchup技术完成三维建模,在Google Earth平台上实现城市三维虚拟地图的共享与发布。通过不同视角的城市三维虚拟地图对同一区域的地理数据进行展示,进一步提高了地图的地理信息量,丰富了地图的展示手段,可为城市规划与建设提供有力的决策服务。A new solution to designing a multi-perspective three-dimensional virtual urban map was proposed after studying the characteristics, the formation and the present technology of three-dimension maps. A new three- dimension model combined with some real cases was created on Google Sketchup. Google Earth Platform makes map sharing and issuing possible. The display of the geographic data of the same region can increase maps＇ geographic information and enrich map display methods, by which a more effective service can be provided for urban planning and building.
