中国赴黎巴嫩维和二级医院耳鼻咽喉科疾病诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的总结联合国驻黎巴嫩维和二级医院耳鼻喉科门诊的病例特征,为后续分队进一步做好医疗工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析2008年7月至2010年6月在黎巴嫩维和二级医院门诊就诊的耳鼻咽喉科390例患者资料。结果耳科疾病167例,所占比例为42.8%,咽喉科疾病88例,占22.6%,鼻科疾病124例,占31.8%,专科查体11例,占2.8%。耳鼻喉科常见疾病即四炎一聋(中耳炎、鼻炎与鼻窦炎、咽炎及扁桃体炎、喉炎及耳聋)仍是二级医院的常见病与多发病,占全部疾病的61.0%,过敏性鼻炎、鼻出血等疾病的发病有明显季节性。结论联合国驻黎巴嫩二级医院耳鼻咽喉科医师必须加强对耳鼻咽喉科常见疾病诊治的培训,结合疾病特点,有针对地准备相应药品,从而圆满完成维和医疗任务。Objective The purpose of this study is to characterize the out-patients in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology in Chinese Level- Ⅱ Hospital on UN peace-keeping mission in Lebanon, and to offer some reference for the following medical teams to provide better service. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 390 out-patients present at the Department of Oto- rhinolaryngology in Chinese Level- lI Hospital on UN peace-keeping mission in Lebanon from July 2008 to June 2010. Results Of the total number of patients, 167 （42.8%） were diagnosed with otological diseases, 88 （22.6%） with rhinological diseases and 124 （31.8%） with pharynological diseases. Suppurative diseases and deafness were the most common cases, accounting for 61.0% of the out-patients in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Allergic rhinitis and epistaxis were evidently correlated with seasons. Conclusion Doctors in Chinese Level-Ⅱ Hospital on UN peace-keeping mission in Lebanon need more strengthened training on the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of otorhinolaryngology, and relevant medicine should be prepared based on the characteris- tics of the diseases.
