卵巢癌患者化疗期间真实心理体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解卵巢癌患者化疗期间的真实心理体验,为卵巢癌患者及家属提供人性化护理干预。方法采用目的性抽样现象学研究方法,选择10名卵巢癌化疗期间患者深度访谈,对结果进行笔录及分析。结果得到6个主题:需要了解化疗相关知识;焦虑抑郁情绪加重;担心增加家庭经济负担;自责;对外貌改变感到非常痛苦;需要得到心理支持。结论卵巢癌患者化疗期间因多种因素存在明显焦虑和抑郁,护理人员应根据患者的需求为其提供人性化关怀。Objective To comprehend the true psychological experience in ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy and to provide the humanized nursing intervention to ovarian cancer patients and family members. Methods Using phenomenological research methods, 10 ovarian cancer patients were inter- viewed and the record was analyzed accordingly. Results Six themes were summarized as follows：need to know about chemotherapy-related knowledge, increased anxiety and depression, anxiety about family econ- omy, self-blame, painful change of appearance and need of psychological support. Conclusion Ovarian cancer patients are observed with obvious anxiety and depression during chemotherapy, which calls for hu- mane concern based on the needs of patients.
