摘 要:目的了解职业倦怠与人格特征之间的相关性,为相关部门预防和干预护士职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用整群抽样和分层抽样方法,以职业倦怠问卷、人格特征问卷对长沙市5所综合性三级公立医院600名护士进行调查,并应用SPSS13.0统计软件对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果护士总的职业倦怠维度得分为(3.82±8.76)分,呈现较为严重的职业倦怠现象;Pearson相关分析表明,护士职业倦怠与人格特征的精神质和神经质存在正相关(P<0.05),与人格特征内外向性、掩饰性显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论长沙市级医院护士职业倦怠整体水平较高,其人格特征对工作倦怠有显著影响,有关部门可采取相应的措施进行干预,以提高护士群体的心理健康水平。Objective To investigate the correlation between job burnout and personality traits among nur- ses,so as to provide basis for the prevention and intervention of job burnout problem. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, questionnaires regarding occupational fatigue and personality traits of nurse were used to survey 600 nurses in five comprehensive hospitals in Changsha. The data were analyzed by the statistical software of SPSS 13.0. Results The nurses' total burnout score was 3.82 + 8.76, show- ing a more serious phenomenon of burnout. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between nursing burnout and the psychoticism and neuroticism of personality traits (P〈0.05). A significant negative correlation between burnout and extraversion and masked property of personality traits(P〈0.05). Conclusion The job burnout among nurses was on a high level in Changsha. Their personality traits have a significant effect on job burnout. The authorities should take appropriate in- tervention to improve the mental health of nursing staff.
