摘　　要：虚拟企业不同于传统的企业,在应对复杂动态的市场环境中展现出其柔性和快速的应变能力,其质量管理在整个企业的发展中也起着至关重要的作用。但新的机遇出现的同时,也会存在一些潜在的风险。本文基于朱兰质量管理三部曲的内容,运用专家调查法,构建了虚拟企业质量管理风险指标体系,并对各风险因素进行解释说明。Virtual enterprise is different from the traditional business,which demonstrates its flexibility and rapid response capabilities in response to complex and dynamic market environment.Virtual enterprise quality management plays an important role in the development of the entire enterprise.At the same time the new opportunities arise,but there will be some potential risks.Based on Juran Quality Trilogy,the article uses of expert survey method and builds a virtual enterprise quality management system of risk indicators,which describes the risk factors.
