摘　　要：目前高校毕业生规模在不断扩大,但同时企业又难以找到合适的专门人才,如何解决这两者之间的矛盾?本文认为,我们的高等教育要在体制上进行大胆的改革和实践,一个办法是在高等教育的同时加强"职业化教育",另一个办法是在高等教育的同时进行深度的"校企合作",培养符合市场需要的应用型技术人才,这样就可以解决上述提出的问题。Nowadays the scale of college graduates is expanding continuously,but at the same time the enterprise＇s hard to find the right expertise,how to solve the contradiction between the two situations？The author believes that our higher education to make bold institutional reform and practice,one way is strengthening the ＂professional education＂in higher education,while another is to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises and to train the application technology talents with market needs,so we can solve the problem.
