摘　　要：随着知识经济的到来和信息技术的迅猛发展,传统的教育方式正向现代教育技术方式转化,这对教师提出了更高的要求,它不仅要求教师应具有良好的思想道德素质,而且还要具有较强的业务素质和创新能力。本文从现代教育技术对教师的要求出发,谈谈如何提高教师的现代教育技术素质。With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of IT,the traditional way of education forward modern educational technology way into a higher demand for teachers,it requires not only the teachers should have good ideological and moral qualities,but also has a strong business quality and innovative ability.Departure from the requirements of modern educational technology for teachers,talk about how to improve teachers＇ quality of modern educational technology.
