摘　　要：工程造价咨询企业是开展建筑业ADR业务的最佳主体。实践证明,ADR能够有效解决建设工程纠纷。工程造价咨询企业应积极尝试开展ADR业务的各种形式,加强行业规范和法规制度建设,建立健全造价信息管理体系,提高造价工程师综合素质。The project cost consulting enterprise is the best entity to conduct ADR business of architecture. It is proved that ADR can solve the project dispute efficiently. The project cost consulting enterprise should try to launch various ways of ADR business, strengthen the industry standard and legal system, establish the cost informa- tion management system and improve the over-all quality of cost engineers.
