摘　　要：目的探讨蛋白激酶CβⅡ(Protein Kinase CβⅡ,PKCβⅡ)和核因子κBp50(Nuclear FactorκappaBp50,NF-κBp50)在乳腺癌组织中表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测67例乳腺癌和14例乳腺良性病变石蜡组织标本中PKCβⅡ与NF-κBp50表达情况,分析两指标与临床病理特征的关系。结果 PKCβⅡ在乳腺癌、不典型增生和乳腺腺病组织中阳性表达率分别为95.50%(64/67)、50.00%(3/6)和50.00%(4/8);而NF-κBp50阳性表达率分别为86.60%(58/67)、66.70%(4/6)和75.00%(6/8);乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变中PKCβⅡ和NF-κBp50比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NF-κBp50表达与乳腺癌淋巴结有无转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中PKCβⅡ和NF-κBp50阳性表达呈正相关(rs=0.29,P<0.05)。结论 PKCβⅡ和NF-κBp50在乳腺癌组织中高表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression of PKCβⅡ and NF-κBp50 in breast cancer and their significance.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to assess the expression of PKCβⅡ and NF-κBp50 in 67 cases paraffin tissue of breast cancer and 14 cases of breast proliferation,analyze the relationship between two indexes and the clinical pathological features.Results The positive expression rates of PKCβⅡ in breast cancer,atypical hyperplasia and adenosis of breast were 95.5%(64/67),50%(3/6) and 50%(4/8).However,the expression levels of NF-κBp50 were 86.6%(58/67),66.7%(4/6) and 75%(6/8) respectively.Expression of PKCβⅡ and NF-κBp50 had significant difference between breast cancer and benign breast disease(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression of NF-κB p50 between lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer(P<0.05).Expression of PKCβⅡ and NF-κB p50 in breast cancer had positive correlation(rs=0.290,P<0.05).Conclusion The higher expression of PKCβⅡ and NF-κBp50 have associated with the occurrence,development and metastasis of breast cancer.
