卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤38例诊断与治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤的治疗与预后和病理诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院1996年1月～2010年12月15年来收治的38例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤。结果 38例卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤患者均行手术治疗、单纯手术5年存活率95.3%,5例手术治疗后给予环磷酰胺、阿霉素、顺铂(CAP)方案为主的化学药物治疗,5年存活83.3%(P<0.01)。Ⅰ期36例中29例行保守性手术,7例行根治性手术,5年存活率分别为95%和66.7%(P<0.01)。结论卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤手术作为主要治疗手段,应适当辅助化疗。Objective To study the epithelial and borderline tumor of the ovary（EBTO） between treatment and the prognosis,and pathological diagnosis the EBTO value.Methods The cases of 38 patients with EBTO who had cured in our hospital since January,1996 to December,2010 were reviewed and analyzed.Results The 5-year survival of operation was 95.3%,five of these patients,who had were administrated with cyclophosphamide,adriacin and cis-platinum complexes（CPA） after operated,was 83.3%（P0.01） which is the 5-year survival of operation.In stageⅠ29cases underwent conservative management,7cases underwent radical management.The 5-year survival were 95% and 66.7%（P0.01）.Conclusion Surgery is the proved effective treatment.The postoperative chemotherapy can improve the prognosis of EBTO.
