摘　　要：本研究通过分析全科医生在农村社区零距离地为广大群众提供医疗保健服务时所需要的关键能力,强调关键能力在全科医学教育中的重要性。重点提出关键能力的培养应当结合农村社区卫生服务需要;应更新教育思想观念;注重在全科医学课程体系中融入关键能力培养;在校内外全科医学实践教学践行中,有计划、有步骤、有目的地引导学生应用关键能力。使培养出来的全科医生最终能够站在哲学的高度上和人的整体水平上来认识和解决个人、家庭、社区的健康问题。Certain key competencies are required for general practitioners when they provide direct health care service to residents in the rural community.The training of these key competencies should be well designed in the teaching plans in junior medical colleges.Theoretical and practical teaching approaches should be integrated during the training of key competencies.With these key competencies,the future general practitioners are able to manage health problems of individuals,families and communities from an overall perspective.
