老年人单纯性肝囊肿发展规律的探讨

摘　　要：目的　探索老年人单纯性肝囊肿发生、发展变化规律。方法　总结分析了43例经超声诊断并随访10年以上的肝囊肿患者,根据第0年肝囊肿最长径的大小,由小至大分为三组进行统计学分析。结果　三组肝囊肿第0年为单发性者分别为16例、13例和7例,经10年随访各有7例演变成多发性;余7例为多发性。第1组肝囊肿第5年及第10年增长绝对值是(0.41±0.26)cm和(0.96±0.51)cm,增加的百分比为(25±15)%和(58±30)%。第2组肝囊肿第5年及第10年增长绝对值是(0.28±0.23)cm和(0.81±0.38)cm,与第1组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);而增加的百分比为(12±12)%及(36±18)%,较第1组低(P<0.05)。第3组肝囊肿第5年及第10年增长绝对值是(1.05±0.57)cm和(2.72±1.79)cm,均明显大于第1组和第2组(P<0.01);增加的百分比为(30±15)%及(77±50)%,与第1组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但高于第2组(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论　肝囊肿患者随年龄的增长其囊肿的大小均有不同程度的增大,最长径小于3.0cm者变化缓慢,3.0cm以上者增长相对较快。Objective To study the regularity of occurrence and development in simple hepatic cysts.Methods 43 elder cases with simple hepatic cysts were analyzed which were followed up with ultrasound for ten years.They were divided into three groups on the basis of their maximol diameter in the initial founded by ultrasound.Results The cases with single cyst in the three groups were 16. 13 and 7 in the initial time,and the number of cyst has increased and become multiple cysts in 7 cases in each groups during the ten years.In the fifth year and the tenth year,the enlarged absolute truth were ( 0.41 ± 0.26 ) cm and ( 0.96 ± 0.51 ) cm in group 1,( 0.28 ± 0.23 ) cm and ( 0.81 ± 0.38 ) cm in group 2,( 1.05 ± 0.57 ) cm and ( 2.72 ± 1.79 ) cm in group 3 which were larger than that in group 1 and group 2 (P< 0.01 ).The percentage was (25±15)% and (58±30)% in group 1,(12±12)% and (36±18)% in group 2 which were lower than that in group 1 (P< 0.05 ),(30±15)% and (77±50)% in group 3 which were higher than that in group 2 (P< 0.01 and P< 0.05 ).Conclusions The size of hepatic cysts was enlarged to varying degree with ages,it is slow in the cysts which maximal diameter were less than 3 cm,and rapid in the cysts above 3 cm.The number of cyst increased in most cases.
