摘　　要：高职院校毕业生的就业问题日益突出,如何缓解就业压力,增强毕业生的就业竞争能力,是各院校面临的一项重要工作。做好职业生涯规划,对大学生进行科学的自我认知、职业认知、生涯决策及就业能力准备有着至关重要的作用。Employment of graduates from higher vocational college is becoming increasingly prominent.How to reduce their employment pressure and enhance their ability in employment competition is a very serious issue that every college is being confronted with.So a better career planning plays an important role in their scientific self-recognition,vocational cognition,career decision and employment ability.
