摘 要:为了提高高压断路器的操作性能,实现其分/合闸过程的可靠控制,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID控制的高压断路器无刷直流电机机构控制系统的仿真方案。利用MATLAB中的Simulink仿真平台并结合所设计的模糊自适应PID控制器构建了无刷直流电机机构速度、位置和转矩三闭环控制系统的仿真模型,针对仿真模型中的各个子模块,依据断路器的理想操作曲线完成了分/合闸操作的仿真。结果表明与常规PID控制相比,模糊自适应PID控制的响应时间快、稳定性高、跟踪效果理想,更适合高压断路器分/合闸操作智能化的要求。In order to improve the operational performance of high voltage circuit breakers and achieve their reliable control of opening and closing operation,a simulation program based on the selfadapting fuzzy PID control scheme for the control system of the brushless DC motor used in high-voltage circuit breakers are presented.Using the MATLAB/Simulink combined with the model of selfadapting fuzzy PID controller designed,simulation model of the speed,position and torque closed-loop control system is built.For each sub-module of the simulation model,the simulation of the opening and closing operation is completed based on the ideal operating curve.The results showed that compared with conventional PID control,the selfadapting fuzzy PID controller has the advantages of shorter response time,higher stability,better tracking effect and it can meet the requirements of intelligent operation of high voltage circuit breaker opening and closing operation.
