摘 要:春化性对小麦育种十分重要,春化基因Vrn1是决定小麦春化作用的主要基因,根据Vrn1基因的组成与分布,本文采用序列特异性PCR扩增技术,对14份小麦品种(系)的春化基因Vrn1的显隐性组成进行了检测和分析.结果表明,骊英3号的Vrn1在A基因组为显性.早熟突变系(TC)、中国春、济源小佛手、川麦44、川麦50和绵麦37中,Vrn1在B和D基因组均为显性.梁麦3和三雌蕊突变体的Vrn1基因在B基因组中为显性.川麦42、川麦43、川麦55、豫麦20和川麦28中,Vrn1在D基因组为显性.本文研究结果,为进一步深入探讨小麦春化作用分子调控机制积累基础资料.In order to identify the allelic composition of the vernalization gene Vrn1 in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars(lines),the allelic composition of the vernalization gene Vrn 1 in A,B and D genomes of 14 wheat cultivars were analyzed by the sequence-specific PCR.The results showed that dominant allele of Vrn-A1 was found in the wheat cultivars Liying 3.The Vrn1 alleles in B and D genomes were all dominant in early mature mutation lines,Chinaspring,Jiyuanxiaofoshou,Chuanmai 44,Chuanmai 50,Mianmai 37.The Vrn1 genes were dominant in D genomes of 5 cultivars including Chuanmai 42,Chuanmai 43,Chuanmai 55、Yumai 20 and Chuanmai 28.The dominant Vrn1 genes of Vrn-B1 were detected in Liangmai 3 and three pistil mutant.These results will provide information for further research on the molecular regulatory mechanisms of vernalization in wheat cultivars.
