版权保护与文化产业集聚关系的理论与实证分析

摘　　要：目前,通过版权保护的激励机制来加快文化产业升级从而带动社会经济文化发展已经成为学界关注的重点。本文从理论研究和实证分析两个层面探讨了版权保护与文化产业集聚的关系,结果表明:理论上,版权保护是实现隐性知识转移的一个起点,可以使隐性知识流突破不同知识载体之间的界面和壁垒,加速和保证文化产业隐性知识转移的实现。因而,版权保护对文化产业集聚具有非常的重要作用。实践中,1999至2008年期间,上海市版权保护强度与区位商之间的相关性系数为0.805,两者呈显著的正相关关系,版权保护强度的提高促进了文化产业集聚。Today,the trend that socio-economic and cultural development is promoted through copyright protection to speed up cultural industrial upgrading becomes the academic highlight.The paper explores the relationship between copyright and cultural industrial agglomeration from the aspects of theoretical and empirical analysis respectively.The outcome shows that in theory copyright protection is a starting point to realize the transfer of tacit knowledge flow and could make tacit knowledge to break through the interface and barriers of different knowledge carriers,to accelerate and ensure the realization of the transfer of tacit knowledge.Therefore copyright protection has a very important role in cultural industrial agglomeration.In practice the correlation coefficient between copyright protection in Shanghai and location quotient in 1999-2008 is 0.805,which shows a positive corre-lation between copyright protection and cultural industrial agglomeration.
