摘　　要：企业档案为企业文化建设提供了大量的历史文献和有价值的文字、图表、声像等资料,本文介绍了企业管理、品牌、市场等文化与企业档案挖掘利用的密切关系,以陈李济、潘高寿、德众、敬修堂等医药企业为例,阐述企业档案是企业文化储备的重要形式,提出积极开发企业档案资源,为塑造企业文化的积累弘扬提供历史依据。The business archive offers abundant historical documents including literature, graphics, and videos, to build up the corporation culture. This paper introduces mining and usage of business archive and its intensive relationship with cuhure of company management, brands and markets. With the examples of companies of Chen Li Ji, Pan Gao Shou, De Zhong and Jing Xiu Tang, it is described that business archive is a significant method to make the company＇s culture reservation. At last the paper proposes that business archive should be well developed by which a firm ground of corporation culture is built.
