摘　　要：目的:评价宫颈局部外用红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架制剂(Nocardia rubra Cell Wall Skeleton,Nr-CWS)治疗宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)亚临床感染的疗效。方法:采用双盲随机对照试验设计,将宫颈HPV亚临床感染患者随机分入:实验组36例,安慰剂组12例,分别使用Nr-CWS和赋形剂。在治疗前、治疗后4个月及8个月,对患者进行宫颈HPV检测,细胞学检查和阴道镜评估,分析Nr-CWS对宫颈HPV亚临床感染的治疗效果。结果:4个月:治疗组有效率48.57%,对照组有效率25%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8个月:治疗组有效率为65.71%,对照组有效率41.67%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Nr-CWS对宫颈HPV亚临床感染有一定的清除作用。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of Nocardia rubra Cell Skeleton （Nr-CWS） in the treatment of sub-clinical infection of human papilloma virus （HPV）. Methods： Forty-eight patients with HPV sub-clinical infection were double-blind randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （treated with Nr-CWS for one course, 36 patients） and control group （treated with the matrix of Nr-CWS, 12 patients）. The assessment of therapeutic efficacy was made by HPV detection in cervix, cytology and colposcopy examination in vagina before treatment, and in the 4th and the 8th month after the treatment. Results： In the 4th month, the negative conversion rate of HPV infection in treatment group was 48.57%, being significantly higher than 25% in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. In the 8th month, the negative conversion rate of HPV infection in treatment group was 65.71%, being significantly higher than 41.67% in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nr-CWS is an effective in elimination of HPV infection of lower genital tract in women.
