应用卫生统计学方法优化病案信息学科工作流程的探讨

摘　　要：卫生统计学服务于病案管理主要通过管理过程的统计学设计、管理过程信息的统计分析、管理信息分析的规范反馈和统计学咨询等四个方面发挥专业作用,从而实现病案信息学科工作流程的优化。病案管理过程的统计分析包括原始资料收集、整理和分析三个步骤,统计分析的重点是指标的挖掘分析和整合以及信息反馈。卫生统计方法在病案管理工作中的系统应用,可有效改进工作流程,实现流程的优化。从卫生统计学专业的角度去思考和介入病案管理工作,使病案与统计专业的互相渗透,既可以促进卫生统计学的发展,更是起到对病案信息专业的支撑作用,值得我们更深入地去探讨和实践。Health statistics serves mmlagement of medical records to play professional role mainly from statistical design of management process, statistical analysis of management process information, standard feedback of management information analysis these four aspects, hence it realizes opti- mization of work process of medical records information subject. The statistical analysis of medical records management includes original materials collec- tion, arrangement and antdysis these three steps, which focus on mining analysis, integration and information feedback. The systematic application of health statistics method in medical records management can effectively improve work process and achieve the process optimization. From the angle of health statistics, we deeply think and get into medical records management making infiltration between medical records and statistics that not only can improve development of health statistics but also can play support role for medical records information major, which is worth to be deeply discussed and nracticed.
