病案质量管理在医疗纠纷中的影响

摘　　要：病案质量管理是医院管理的难点之一,也是容易引发医疗纠纷的结症。某院在提高病案质量管理方面进行了切实可行的尝试。首先,加强了医院领导的管理力度,由主要院领导分管病案质量;在此基础上,针对病案书写质量问题进行调研。针对医院存在的病案质量监控人员少、管理制度不完善、管理理念落后等问题提出整改意见及有效措施。采取完善病案质量管理监控体系、对病案质量实施全程监控、灵活运用奖惩办法、加强法律意识教育等手段,有效地促进了医院医疗质量的提高,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。Quality management of medical record is one of difficult problems in hospital management, which easily causes medical tangle. In im- proving quality management of medical records, the hospital has practicable try. First, it strengthens management intensity of hospital leader. Major President is in charge of quality of medical ：records; at the basis of that, it has a research on writing quality of medical records, This paper puts forward reform advice and effective countermeasure.,~ aiming at lack of personnel for medical record quality control, imperfect management system and backward management ideology. It applies perfection of supervision system of medical records quality management, overall monitoring on medical records quality, flexible application of reward and punishment and legal consciousness education strengthening which effectively promotes the improvement of medical quality and reduction of the occurrence of medical tangle,
