摘　　要：目的探讨我院消化系统恶性肿瘤患者住院情况,为本地区消化道肿瘤的防治研究提供依据。方法回顾分析2003年-2010年2747例住院消化系统恶性肿瘤患者的性别、年龄、病种分布。结果消化系统恶性肿瘤发病存在明显性别差异,发病年龄高峰为50岁到70岁,胃癌、结直肠癌、肝癌构成比位居前三位。结论通过对消化系统恶性肿瘤病人的构成分析,可以了解我院服务区域内消化系统恶性肿瘤的发病及构成情况,更有效地开展对消化系统恶性肿瘤的防治。Objecitive This paper mainly discusses the situation of the in-patients who suffer from the digestive system malignancy in order to pro- viding basis for prevention a^ld research. Method It retrospectively analyzes the gender, age and the distribution of disease among 2747 in-patients of di- gestive system malignancy from 2003 to 2010. Results There exists the obvious sexual difference in digestive system malignancy; the onset peak is be- tween 50 and 70, of which, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and liver cancer rank top 3. Condusions Based on the analysis for patients who suffer from the digestive system malignancy, this paper shows a clear acquaintance on the situation of disease within the service area of our hospital, and provides an eff^tive nrec^aution measures for the digestive system mallgnanev.
