摘  要:目的探讨超声光散射成像系统在电网单位女职工进行乳腺癌初步筛查中的应用。方法分析使用超声光散射成像系统进行乳腺癌早期筛查的电网单位女职工检查资料988例,最终根据乳腺超声图像的分级标准(BI-RADS)为诊断进行统计。结果筛查988例,其中BI-RADS等级1(337例);BI-RADS等级2(300例);BI-RADS等级3(321例);BI-RADS等级4(27例);BI-RADS等级5(3例)。结论超声光散射成像系统在电网单位女职工的乳腺癌初步筛查中,可为乳腺癌早期诊断提供依据,同时可提高女职工乳腺癌的防范意识。Objective This paper discusses the application about ultrasound-diffuse optical imaging system in primary screening for breast cancer in women staff. Methods 988 cases of women staffs having primary screening for breast cancer are analyzed. It has statistics as diagnosis of classification standard (BI - RADS) of breast ultrasound imaging. Results 988 eases are screened. 337cases are belong to B1 - RADS1, 300 cases are belong to BI - RADS2; 321cases are belong to B1- RADS3; 27cases are belong to BI- RADS4; 3 cases are belong to BI - RADS5. Conclusions During the breast cancer primary screening for female staff of el^tric power, Ultrasound-diffuse optical imaging system (OPTIM US) can provide the diagnostic informa- tion for early breast cancer, also enhaJwe the staff's containment awareness of breast cancer.
