微机环境下级进模集成制造系统

摘　　要：介绍了先进的多工位级进模在微机环境下的集成制造系统。选用具有开放性、集成性的设计平台(MechanicalDesktop)作为集成的系统平台 ,连接与其无缝集成的专业设计软件和工艺设计CAPP系统 ,以及与生产设备WEDM相匹配CAM系统 ,作为集成制造系统的核心 ,并在管理信息系统的总体规划下 ,进行科学的生产管理。提高了级进模设计、制造的质量和效率 。Anintegratedmanufacturingsystemundermicrocomputerforadvancedmulti-station progressivedieswasintroduced.Anopenandintegratedmechanicaldesktopwasselectedasthe integratedsystem platform,toconnecttotheintegratedspecialdesignsoftwareandthetechno logicaldesignCAPPsystemthatareintegratedseamlessly withthesystem platformandtothe CAMsystemthatismatching withthemanufacturingequipmentWEDM.Asthecorepartofthe integratedmanufacturingsystem,thesystem platformmakesscientificmanufacturing manage mentunderthegeneralplanofthemanagementinformationsystem.Thusthequalityofthede signandmanufactureofprogressivedieswasimproved,andtheefficiencyandthemanufacturing automaticlevelincreased.
