摘  要:在高光强为160μE/(m2·s)、低光强为16μE/(m2·s)、葡萄糖浓度0~30g/L范围内,、进行了鱼腥藻Anabaenasp.PCC7120的摇瓶光自养和混合营养培养.在高光强下最大藻细胞密度(0.92~3.1g/L)明显高于低光强(0.11~0.58g/L),而且高光强使混合营养培养的对数期缩短.在不同光强下,葡萄糖浓度在0~18g/L范围内提高显著促进了细胞的生长,在18~30g/L范围内变化对细胞生长不再有更大的影响.高光强促进了藻细胞对葡萄糖的利用.在高光强下随着葡萄糖浓度的提高,细胞得率逐渐变小.Photoautotrophic and mixotrophic cultures of Anabaena sp. PCC7120 were carriedout in flasks with initial glucose concentrations in the range from 0 to 30 g/L and at high[160 μE/(m2.s)] and low light intensities [16 uE/(m2.s)] respectively. The maximal algal celldensity at high light intensity (0.92-3.1 g/L) was notably greater than that obtained at lowlight intensity (0.11~0.58 g/L), and high light intensity caused shorter logarithmic phase inmixotrophic culture. In the range from 0 to 18 g/L, higher glucose concentration favoredcell growth more markedly, whereas the concentrations above 18 g/L presented only limitedimprovement on cell growth at both high and low light intensities. In addition, high lightintensity enhanced the uptake of glucose by algal cells, but cell yields on glucose decreased withthe elevated glucose concentrations at high light intensity.
