摘　　要：为适应现代医学教育发展的需要,有利于基础医学实验教学改革,三峡大学医学院成立了基础医学实验中心,构建了实验室人、财、物统管共用、统一调配的新型管理模式。现阐述新型管理模式的目的、意义、基本目标与思路,探索基础医学实验中心的结构体系和职能分工,并对新模式管理下取得的初步成效和存在的问题进行分析。目的是进一步完善实验教学管理体制,提高本校基础医学实验教学质量。In order to adapt to the needs of the modem medical education development and promote the reform of preclinical medical experi- ment teaching, the preclinical medical experimental center has been established in Medical College of Three Gorges University. The new man- agement mode of unified management and deployment about personnel, finance and materials in the laboratory has been constructed. This paper deals with the purpose, significance, basic objectives and ideas of the new management mode, explores the structure system and labor functions division of basic medical experimental center, and analyzes the preliminary achievements obtained and the existing problems under the new management mode. Its aim is to perfect the experiment teaching management system and improve the quality of basic medical experimental teaching.
