摘　　要：通过对地方医学院校双语教学目标与教学模式主要问题的分析,提出了在双语教学目标与教学模式选择上应注意的问题。探讨通过制定双语教学计划、加强双语教材建设、适量增加课时、组织试点班教学、采取灵活的考核方式、建立科学的评价机制等措施推进地方医学院校双语教学的开展。Through analyzing the main problems of the teaching goals and teaching mode of bilingual teaching in local higher medical schools, this paper puts forward some issues which should be paid attention to. Bilingual teaching can be promoted through developing bilingual teaching programs, strengthening the construction of bilingual teaching materials, suitably increasing the academic hours, organizing pilot class teaching, adopting a flexible assessment approach and estabhshing a scientific evaluation mechanism, etc.
