摘 要:目的:探讨人文学生标准化病人技能考核对培养护生关怀能力的影响。方法:选择106名护生为实验组与对照组研究对象,在学生模拟护理标准化病人健康评估技能考核中增设人文环节,两组护生在实验前后分别填写《护生人文关怀能力量表》。结果:测试结果存在组间差异(P<0.01),实施增设人文环节的学生标准化病人健康评估技能考核后实验组护生的关怀能力明显提高,也明显高于对照组。结论:增设人文环节的学生标准化病人技能考核可有效提高护生的关怀能力。Objective: To explore the effect of humanized skill examination on the cultivation of nursing students' caring ability. Methods: 106 nursing students were included and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Humane knowledge was included for the ex- perimental group in the skill examination with student standardized patients. The nursing students' humanistic caring ability assessment scale was filled by two group students before and after intervention. Results: The nursing students' humanistic caring ability of experimental group is obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The nursing students' humanistic caring ability could be enhanced by increasing humanistic knowledge in skill examination with student standardized patients.
