摘　　要：公司裂变型创业是一种独特的企业创业活动,与母体公司的嵌入关系是裂变新创企业资源异质性的重要来源。近年来,国外学者持续关注公司裂变型创业研究,颇有见地的研究成果不断出现。本文在系统梳理国外公司裂变型创业研究现有文献基础上,首先从概念、特点、类型和过程四个方面简要介绍了公司裂变型创业的基本内涵,然后重点从公司裂变型创业的驱动因素、绩效源泉、母体影响和溢出效应四个方面,系统归纳了国外公司裂变型创业的现有研究成果,并针对目前研究存在的不足,对后续研究方向进行了简要展望。In recent years,more and more foreign scholars have been focusing on the corporate spin-off entrepreneurship research,and there appear some insightful research results.Spin-off entrepreneurship is a unique corporate entrepreneurial activities,and the embedded relationship with the parent organization is an important source of resource heterogeneity of newly created enterprises.Based on the literature review of foreign corporate spin-off entrepreneurship research,the authors first give a brief description of the basic meaning of the corporate spin-off venture from the four aspects of concept,characteristics,type and process,and then sum up the existing research results of foreign corporate spin-off entrepreneurship research from driving factor,performance factor,parental influence and spillover effects.Finally,the authors point out the shortcomings of the present study,and give a outlook for future research.
