摘　　要：利用透射电子显微镜观察2例甲状腺显示胸腺样分化癌(carcinoma showing thymus-like differentiation,CASTLE)的超微病理结构特征,并在光镜下观察其组织学及免疫组织化学特点。电镜下肿瘤组织主要特点为癌细胞细胞核内以常染色质为主,核仁明显,胞质内含较多的线粒体及张力原纤维,细胞间桥粒丰富,细胞表面有微绒毛样突起,与其他甲状腺肿瘤超微结构不同。甲状腺CASTIE是一种少见的甲状腺低度恶性肿瘤,组织学上与胸腺癌类似,因此,电镜分析其超微病理结构特征有助于与其他甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断。The ultrastructural pathologic features of 2 cases of carcinoma showing thymus-like differentiation（CASTLE） of thyroid were observed by transmission electronmicroscope,HE,and immunohistochemical examination.Ultrastructurally,the tumor cells of CASTLE have abundant euchromatin in nucleus,many mitochondria and tonofibrils in cytoplasm,well developed desmosomes between tumor cells,and occasionlly short microvilli on the cell surface.CASTLE was a rare tumor of thyroid with low malignant behavior mimicking histologic features of thymic carcinoma.Examination of ultrastructural pathologic features was helpful to distinguish CASTLE from other tumors of thyroid.
