认知心理干预在社区老人“空巢综合症”患者中应用

摘　　要：目的了解"空巢综合症"患者实施认知行为疗法的干预效果。方法选择顺德新桂社区内72例患有"空巢综合症"的患者在给予一般性的健康教育外,另进行个性化心理护理干预等措施,通过12个月进行干预后,再进行问卷调查。结果实施认知行为护理干预措施的"空巢综合症"患者收到有明显的治疗效果。结论认知心理干预是一种更经济、更安全、疗效更好的方法。Objective To study the interference effect of cognitive mental therapy to the patients with Empty Nest Syndrome in Xingui Community of Shunde. Methods Selected 72 patients who diagnosed with empty nest syndrome, provided them with individualized psychological nursing interference, combined with general health education in Xingui Community, then carried on the questionnaire survey after the 12 months＇ interference. Results The treatment effect is obvious on empty nest syndrome patients with the interference measure of cognitive mental nursing. Conclusion The cognitive psychological interference is a more economical and safer treatment method.
