摘  要:为使军校新生学员尽快融入军校的知识学习和军事训练之中,归纳了军校新生学员因环境变化而带来的思想、生活、自主学习、心理和人际交流等5个方面"不适应"的主要表现,分析了产生这些"不适应"表现的家庭、社会教育和新生自身3种主要原因,提出了加强思想教育和心理适应教育、确立学习奋斗目标、改进学习方法、教员注意教法上的衔接、营造和谐的学习生活环境、发挥队干部和新生干部作用等主要措施.In order to let the military academy freshmen integrate into the knowledge learning and military training as early as possible,this article concludes the main maladjustment behavior of the freshmen due to their newly entering and environment changing,which includes such aspects as thinking,living,autonomic learning,psychological and interpersonal communication and so on,and analyzes the three major reasons why the freshmen have those maladjustment behaviors,which are out of their families,social education and freshmen themselves.Finally,this article suggests that the strengthening of ideological and psychological adaptation education,establishment of learning goals,improvement of learning methods,link of teaching methods for teachers,setting up of harmonious learning the living environment,and playing more active roles by the cadet team officers and freshmen cadres,as well as other major measures are feasible for facilitating the military academy freshmen to get over their maladjustment behavior.
